Job Responsibilities
* Support an Account Manager "buddy" in providing outstanding customer service
* Process orders and quotes in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner
* Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Liaise with various suppliers to source products and information for customers
* Complete take-offs and follow up on quote submissions
* Continually look for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers' business
Job Qualifications
* Ideally prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders and quotes
* Customer‐first attitude with sound planning, organisational and attention to detail skills
* Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email
* Willingness to learn and have fun whilst getting the job done
* Strong relationship‐building, analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Sales mindset with the ability to contribute to store KPIs
