Contracts Administrator Location: Rockhampton, QLD Position: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 vehicle allowance bonuses An established and highly regarded commercial builder is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Administrator to join their Rockhampton team. You will play a key role in the successful commercial and contractual delivery of projects, working closely with experienced project teams across a range of commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities Preparation and administration of subcontracts and associated documentation Processing invoices and managing document control systems Supporting the project team and liaising with site personnel Assisting with defect management and project close-out processes Preparation of monthly reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow statements Monitoring project financial performance and maintaining cost control Managing variations, EOTs, procurement, and contract registers Administration of head contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, and purchase orders Liaising with clients regarding progress claims and contractual matters Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients Attending site visits as required Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator role within commercial construction Experience delivering commercial projects up to $25M Strong financial and commercial acumen Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability Proactive, team-oriented, and professional approach What’s on Offer Salary package of $110,000 – $160,000 Vehicle allowance Performance bonuses Permanent, long-term career opportunity Strong pipeline of commercial projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Genuine career progression opportunities Apply now to be considered for this opportunity.
