Key Responsibilities
* Client engagement and functional consulting – Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements, including identifying high‐value AI, Copilot, and agent scenarios. Translate business needs into functional designs aligned to Dynamics 365 CE best practices. Advise clients on process optimization using out‐of‐the‐box Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, including Copilot, agent‐assisted workflows, and AI‐driven insights, minimizing unnecessary customization. Act as a trusted functional advisor to client stakeholders, confidently handling scope, expectations, and value trade‐offs related to AI adoption. Support user adoption through strong functional storytelling, demos, and AI change enablement.
* Solution design and delivery – Own functional solution design across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights. Produce high‐quality functional artefacts including process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration documentation. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure functional intent is correctly implemented. Support data migration, integration design discussions, and testing strategy from a functional perspective. Lead or support user acceptance testing, including test scenario definition and defect triage.
* Delivery excellence and quality – Ensure solutions align to NTT DATA delivery standards and Microsoft Success by Design principles. Balance value, scope, effort, risk, and AI readiness when making functional recommendations. Contribute to on‐time, on‐budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
* Capability building and knowledge contribution – Mentor and coach consultants on CE functional consulting skills and behaviours. Contribute reusable assets, templates, and lessons learned to the CE practice knowledge base. Maintain currency with Dynamics 365 release waves, Copilot capabilities, and Power Platform enhancements. Actively apply learning from Microsoft guidance and real‐world delivery back into practice improvement.
* Presales and business development support – Support presales activities including discovery workshops, solution shaping, and estimation. Contribute functional expertise to proposals, statements of work, and client presentations. Identify follow‐on opportunities within active engagements and escalates appropriately.
* Represent NTT DATA's CE capability professionally in client and Microsoft‐facing interactions.
