An award-winning, values-driven strata management firm on Sydney's North Shore is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of office operations within a modern, collaborative, and supportive environment.

The Role:

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the office with a strong focus on accounting and reception coordination. This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing financial tasks with administrative responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
* Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting in collaboration with external accountants
* Coordinate Strata Hub reporting and insurance renewals
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers
* Manage incoming calls, mail, and client onboarding
* Maintain office supplies, systems, and vendor relationships

About You:

* Proven experience in an administrative or finance-based office management role
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and in a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
