Job Title: Windows Migration Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Windows Migration Specialist to play a key role in our organization's transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. They will perform hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 11 environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations using SCCM and Intune.
* Perform hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 11 environments.
* Provide first-level triage for migration-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
* Engage with end-users to ensure a smooth migration process and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Document all issues, resolutions, and migration activities in the ITSM system.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations.
* Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for deployment and management of Windows environments.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving migration-related issues.
* Proven customer service acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
