We have an exciting opportunity for a full‐time Customer Service Consultant role in our pre‐construction admin team at Stevie Redback Pest Control. The position is permanent and full‐time, 38 hour/week, with hours 9 am‐5 pm Monday‐Friday, and will be based from the Brendale office.
Responsibilities
* Receive inbound calls and email inquiries from builders, concreters, and other stakeholders.
* Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
* Schedule pre‐construction pest installations for customers.
* Generate Form 12's, Form 43's and Certificates of Installation for completed works.
* Check payments and send customers relevant certification documents.
* Liaise with colleagues.
* Meet calls and internal sales targets.
* Maintain our databases by ensuring customer records are up‐to‐date and compliant.
Qualifications
* Previous call center/customer service experience.
* Professional phone manner.
* Previous pest or building/construction experience is advantageous.
* Proficient with verbal and electronic communication.
* Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
* Proven problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment to support colleagues.
* Professional, reliable, and punctual.
