Bridge IT is seeking an IT Support with experience in Medical Systems. The role is responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, and ongoing operation of the devices and software that form the client's operating environment.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Updating and maintaining medical devices, connectivity, and associated software
* Supporting Telemedicine computer systems such as IntraHealth Profile, VisionFlex and TeleMedic, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Providing break/fix support for doctors' Personal Computers (PCs), laptops, and related end-user devices
* Maintaining and troubleshooting desktop applications and medical software deployments, including System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) package deployment and group management
* Supporting and maintaining medical Virtual Machines (VMs) and server environments running Windows Server and some Linux operating systems
* Managing and supporting medical mobile device fleets, including Apple iPhones and Apple iPads, to ensure 24/7 telemedicine and on-call capability
* Maintaining medical laptop pools, including imaging, deployment, and onboarding of users
* Ensuring medical equipment configurations and network connectivity are operational and secure
* Supporting ICT infrastructure within physical medical areas, including equipment setup and maintenance
* Providing basic Telemedicine conferencing support
* Supporting medical diagnostic tools and related systems
* Managing patient profile data, including resolving duplicate records and patient Identification (ID) merge
* Supporting medical server configuration, operations, maintenance, and incident resolution
* Assisting with the setup and support of medical equipment during training, Quality Assurance Process (QAP) activities, and operational deployments
* Providing guidance and training to station communications and Information Technology (IT) technicians on medical systems, software, and equipment
Must have skills:
* Demonstrated experience in the support of medical health systems and devices in a geographically diverse clinical environment
* Demonstrated understanding of secure messaging technologies such as Mirth Connect, Health Level Seven (HL7), Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), and Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standards
* Demonstrated experience in monitoring systems in an operational clinical environment, including the ability to diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions to restore or improve clinical health systems
* The ability to create and maintain documentation for support processes, troubleshooting, and analysis, including an understanding of the importance of such activities
* Experience in maintaining medical health record data, preferably in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
