BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE
NRG Gladstone Operating Services (NRGGOS) is currently seeking a Business Administration Trainee to join the Human Resources team on a 9‐day fortnight basis for a 12‐month contract. The successful applicant will complete a CertificateIII in Business and serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Reception duties
* Customer service via phone and email enquiries
* Administer visitor inductions and issue site access cards
* Collection and distribution of mail
* Filing, data entry, and maintenance of HR information systems
* Ensure all training rooms are presentable
* Use Microsoft Office for letters, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Book meeting rooms
* Provide administration support to the HR team
Qualifications
* Successful completion of Year12 (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent literacy, language, and numerical skills
* Experience using Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent attitude and desire to learn new systems
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work as part of a busy team
Pre‐Employment Requirements
* Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test
* Pre‐employment medical assessment
