Key Responsibilities:
* Regular travel to all service centres to provide operational HSE support
* Assist in developing and reviewing HSE-related procedures, forms, and processes
* Engage with internal Buddy Trainers & Assessors, as required
* Participate in incident investigations and ensure quality standards of incident findings and timely corrective action management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum Certificate IV in WHS
* Minimum of C Class Provisional Driver's license
* Incident investigation training/experience (i.e., 5-Why, ICAM methodology)
* Appropriate experience or other qualifications relevant to the given role
* Sound knowledge of production planning
* Highly organised with time management skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications
* Able to ensure excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a positive nature and can-do attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Cert IV Trainer & Assessor or equivalent skillset
* Previously worked within the steel reinforcing industry desirable
