Job Description
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
* Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and reports to key stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
* Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Executive should have:
* Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, ideally within the SaaS/MarTech/AdTech industries.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation and closing deals.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.
