* Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support or similar technical role
* Strong hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers and network switches
* Practical knowledge of Windows Server environments
* Experience with MikroTik routers and 3CX systems
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Level 2 IT Technician to join our client's team based in Adelaide. In this role, you will provide technical support and configuration expertise across core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and VoIP systems.
You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and efficiency of IT operations by configuring and maintaining critical systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting essential business technologies.
Key Requirements
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
* Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot routers and network switches
* Support and configure VoIP systems, particularly 3CX
* Provide Level 2 technical support across servers, networks, and endpoints
* Assist in setting up new server and network resources
* Maintain system performance, security, and documentation
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex infrastructure issues
