The Role
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Australian sales team.
You'll play a key role in initiating outreach, identifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling high-value conversations with our Enterprise Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage with prospects to generate qualified leads.
* Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media) to engage with prospects.
* Employ a consultative approach to discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
* 1-2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or related fields.
* Proven success generating leads through high-volume outreach campaigns across multiple channels.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and disciplined with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This role requires a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills. You'll become an expert in engaging healthcare stakeholders and driving new opportunities.
