Job Description
Assist in the development and execution of category strategies to meet business objectives.
Maintain and update promotional calendars, ensuring accurate slotting and timely communication to stakeholders.
Track and reconcile promotional spend and claims, supporting budget management and reporting.
Prepare and manage scan sales reports and other category performance data for internal reviews.
Provide administrative support for category initiatives, including invoice matching and purchase order processing.
Use Excel to maintain trackers, analyze promotional performance, and assist with monthly reporting.
Collaborate with Category Manager and Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of promotions and accurate data flow.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in Category within the FMCG industry.
Strong Excel skills for managing trackers and reporting.
Experience in promotional tracking and budget reconciliation.
Ability to interpret scan sales data and support category insights.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Previous experience in FMCG or retail environment preferred.
