About the chance
We’re dedicated to providing home care that enhances the lives of our clients. Join our team to deliver respite, personal care, domestic assistance, and carer support in line with care plans and directives from Care Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information about client needs and changes in client condition to the Care Advisor.
- Listen to clients and give them a voice, enabling them to choose for themselves.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team providing highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

To thrive in this role, you will have
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem‑solve.

- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in process of obtaining
- A current NDIS WSC.
