A little about the opportunity
We're on the hunt for an Investment Analyst to join our investments team, reporting to the Head of Investments. This is a high-impact role sitting across asset management, transactions, and capital raising, giving you exposure to the full investment lifecycle within a fast-growing BTR platform. From building detailed financial models to shaping investment decisions, this role offers the opportunity to work on complex, real-time deals while developing deep expertise in the Build-to-Rent sector. In short, you'll be at the center of how we assess, deliver and optimise investments across the platform.
What you'll bring
* You're analytically sharp: Strong financial modelling capability with experience building DCF and feasibility models from first principles.
* You understand real estate investment: Solid grounding in yield analysis, IRR, capital structures, and return metrics.
* You think commercially: Able to assess opportunities, identify risks and return drivers, and align insights to broader business strategy.
* You're detail-oriented: High level of accuracy and consistency across models, reports, and analysis.
* You communicate with impact: Able to translate complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders, able to story tell and bring people along the journey
* You're proactive and curious: You challenge assumptions, ask questions, and continuously look for better ways of doing things.
* You can manage multiple priorities: Comfortable working across transactions, asset performance, and investor deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
* You're tech-savvy: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.
* Ideally looking for someone with 2 – 4 years' experience in similar roles across Property Development
