Job Title:Lead Generation Sales Executive – Design & Construction Industry

Experience:2+ years in lead generation and sales (design/construction preferred)

Third Voice Studio is a bespoke architectural design studio based in St Kilda, operating Australia-wide. We specialise in residential, commercial, and low/medium-density development, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, client-focused, and sustainable design solutions. Our team is collaborative, creative, and passionate about design.

The Opportunity:

Weare seeking a highly motivatedLead Generation Sales Executivewith deep industry connections and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads in thedesign, architecture, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network, strong sales acumen, and the ability to identify and nurture key business opportunities. This is a 100% commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to attract new clients, such as individuals commissioning residential projects to developers and organisations needing commercial or institutional buildings.
* Leverage existing contacts and cultivate new relationships to generate high-value business opportunities.
* Track and analyse lead generation performance, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
* Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand connections.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

* 2+ years in B2B lead generation or business development, preferably in architecture or construction.
* Strong existing networkof contacts in the development/construction industry.
* Hustle + autonomy– no hand-holding; you'll own the process from outreach to close.
* Proven ability to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for the industry.
