What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence
* Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
* Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job brief to successful placement
* Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders
What You Bring
* Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role (perm or contract desk)
* A sales-driven mindset - you love the thrill of the deal and take pride in your results
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment
