About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance for Transport you will provide relevant, timely and accurate financial information and analysis to ensure that the business is able to make appropriate financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to.
* Support business management decisions with business case analyses
* Financial reporting
* Management reporting and analysis
* Monitor cash flow
* Rolling Forecasts and Budgeting
* Financial modelling for Capital investments
* Supporting contract reviews and customer/supplier price reviews
* Review customer and carrier fuel surcharge
* Profitability and cost analysis by customer
* Support key projects and cost tracking initiatives
* People management – oversee two direct reports
About You
* 5 + years Commercial accounting exposure working in a mid to large corporate environment
* Preferably with transport industry experience
* Experience working cross functionally
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent interpersonal skills
