We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to support our Recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, reviewing adverts, drafting selection reports, scheduling interviews and sourcing reference reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team
* Review adverts and ensure compliance with recruitment guidelines
* Draft selection reports and present findings to stakeholders
* Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
* Sources reference reports and conduct background checks
