About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide essential warehouse services to ensure high‑quality supply, storage, and distribution of goods that support company operations. Your focus will be on internal customer service and day‑to‑day operational needs.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels.
* Investigate discrepancies and document stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
* Issue, return, and enter stock data into the Inventory Management System.
* Accept deliveries, load/unload parts and consumables for freight, and ensure safe, efficient inventory storage.
* Conduct full inspections of working areas to ensure safe operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Establish minimum/maximum stock levels for efficient inventory management.
* Raise and receive purchase orders in accordance with site policy.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar stores/inventory role.
* Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments preferred.
* Ability to interpret maintenance parts and familiarity with mine‑site consumables highly regarded.
* National Police Clearance (desirable).
