Job Overview
As a Digital Specialist, you will support the execution, optimisation and day‐to‐day performance of our external digital channels – including websites, social media platforms and email marketing. Your role will ensure our content is accurate, engaging and delivered seamlessly across all channels.
Please note, this is a fixed‐term opportunity, providing parental leave cover until 12 June 2027.
Responsibilities
* Support the publishing and maintenance of website, social and email content
* Assist in campaign delivery including landing pages, tagging, tracking and QA
* Support the execution and optimisation of paid and organic social campaigns (with a focus on paid performance)
* Support the development of content creation across social media
* Proactive and reactive social media monitoring, triaging and responding to comments/messages and queries, and escalating where necessary
* Support the execution and optimisation of search campaigns
* Monitor channel performance and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Contribute to analytics, reporting and insights to inform improvements
* Maintain strong administrative hygiene and accuracy across digital platforms
* Work closely with the Manager – Digital Channels and broader marketing teams to support campaign delivery
* Contribute ideas to improve digital processes, performance and user experience
Requirements

Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in digital, marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Approximately 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, publishing, or web support roles
* Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
* Experience with analytics and tagging tools (e.g. Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hootsuite)
* Experience with email marketing platforms (Vision 6 and Mailchimp)
* Exposure to social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), including paid campaign execution and optimisation
* Strong attention to detail and administrative discipline
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with stakeholders
* Experience in agency or campaign delivery environments (e.g. paid media, search or programmatic) is desirable
