Administrator role supporting a portfolio of three shopping centres, two in Sydney and one in Brisbane.

Great opportunity to learn, develop, and grow within an established shopping centre team.

Gain exposure to different areas of the business, including facilities management, marketing and projects.

Who we're looking for?

* Experience in a similar administration or personal assistant role, ideally in the property industry
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
* Well organized, with the ability to manage tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with clients and prepare documents

The role

As an Assistant Administrator, you will help keep the office running smoothly by managing daily tasks, supporting clear communication, and providing strong administrative and secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process internal and external accounts (accounts payable/receivable), including allocating rental payments, reconciling debtors, creating purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices.
* Provide administrative assistance, including debt collection, management of pre-trade requirements, rent roll, account reconciliations and lease auditing.
* Respond to tenant requests in a timely manner and build strong relationships with the onsite team.
