Courier Owner Driver
* Minimum revenue guarantee & owner driver contract are put in place
* Opportunity to expand your business by building your own fleet of courier drivers
* Your own van is required. If you don't have a suitable van, then support is provided to help you buy one.
* You will be offered assistance to obtain finance for your van and assistance with arranging insurance
* A courier transport kit containing all the required equipment will be supplied to you
* Jobs will be allocated to you via an easy to use mobile app
* No previous courier experience required

Founded in 1996, Jet Couriers is an Australian owned company and a leader in the transport industry providing Courier and Logistics services across Australia, New Zealand and the USA. At Jet Couriers, we value strong relationships with our fleet of over 1000 drivers Australia wide and we take great pride in the supportive culture we have built over the years. As demand for our services continue to grow, we're expanding our fleet and currently seeking reliable owner drivers to take on adhoc work and/or permanent runs.
* Start times are between 7:00 and 8:00am
* Hours are approx. 40 - 50 per week Monday to Friday. Peak season weeks can lead to longer hours from time to time.
* The jobs are mainly Business to Business collections and deliveries. A very small amount of our jobs consists of consumer deliveries.
* Most of our jobs are within your metro area with some jobs requiring regional area work giving you plenty of variety and a change of scenery.
Key Requirements
* A suitable van is required for this work. Please note that not all vans meet our requirements so we will assess your van accordingly. If you don't own one, assistance is provided with purchasing a suitable van and obtaining finance too.
* Must have a current Australian driver's license
* Must have Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen status
* Good knowledge of your local roads is a benefit
* Must have good work ethic, good communication skills and a desire to succeed
