Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager plays a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This position is responsible for leading a team to ensure adherence to standard policies while providing a courteous and efficient service to internal and external customers.

This position requires full accountability for the accuracy and integrity of processed information, maintaining accounting records in line with policies and regulations. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills to train, guide, and engage team members, as well as effective communication skills for interacting with staff, management, and external parties.

* Develop, implement, and maintain effective Accounts Payable strategies and procedures.
* Train, guide, and engage team members to ensure seamless operations.
* Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external parties.
* Raise discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial processes.

In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to maintain strategy adherence and provide training. You will oversee daily processing of financial transactions, invoice verification, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will assist auditors by providing required support and documentation.
