The Role: Working Monday - FridayClean and tidy portfolio based in the St George Area, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to daily, complete: Manage a portfolio of around 200 properties Lots of support No end of month Leasing consultant & juniors for assistance Sending out notices to tenants Delivering exceptional customer service Communicating with owners and tenants Managing rental arrears Negotiating lease renewals Open homes as required Routine inspections Outgoing inspections Maintenance requests Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Issuing breach notices as required The Candidate: The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this role will be keen, eager and ready to take the next step in their career!
