Key Responsibilities
* Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
* Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
* Assisting with inventory control
* Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
* Supporting the Store Manager
* Leading and supporting your team
Qualifications
* An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
* Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
* The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
* Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
* OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
* Current full drivers license
