Key Role Details
* Title: Broker Support
* Location: 480 Church Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121 – adjacent to East Richmond Railway Station
* Type: Full‐time, on‐site (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
* Flexibility: One work‐from‐home day per week after probation
* Salary: $90,000 + super; performance commissions up to $150,000 OTE (top performers earn $60,000 commission on top of base)
* Client Flow: High volume, paid, ready‐to‐proceed clients
* BD Required: None
* Progression: Structured pathway to become a Mortgage Broker within 12–24 months

Responsibilities
* Prepare, lodge, and manage applications via ApplyOnline
* Run files from initial assessment through to settlement on residential, investment, and construction scenarios
* Review PAYG and self‐employed financials, including company and trust structures
* Support lending strategy through serviceability analysis and lender policy positioning
* Liaise with lenders, valuers, conveyancers, and accountants
* Proactively manage issues to keep deals moving efficiently
* Own client communication and manage expectations throughout the process
* Maintain audit‐ready CRM records and full NCCP/AML compliance
Who This Role Is For
* Has proven end‐to‐end mortgage processing experience
* Is confident handling volume and complexity
* Has strong exposure to investment and construction lending
* Is commercially minded and performance driven
* Wants a genuine pathway into broking but currently lacks deal flow
Experience & Requirements
* 2–3+ years experience in mortgage processing or brokerage operations
* Strong ApplyOnline experience (essential)
* Construction lending experience (essential)
* Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)
* Clear police check and credit report
* Full Australian working rights
Remuneration & Progression
* $90,000 base + super
* Performance commissions up to $150,000 OTE
