Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager – Outbound Sales to join our growing team. Ideally, you will be based in Australia, preferably near Mermaid Beach, but we are ultimately looking for the best person for the role.
You will be working for an award-winning company in an exciting and fast-moving industry, making outbound sales calls through our CRM and phone system, identifying opportunities, and helping grow our customer base.
About the Role
As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, following up leads, building relationships with prospects, and working towards achievable KPIs.
You will be supported with systems, training, and guidance to help you succeed. The successful candidate will also travel to our office in Hamilton, New Zealand, for a two-week training period.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound sales calls using our CRM and phone system
* Follow up leads and identify new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with prospective customers
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM
* Work towards achievable KPIs
* Contribute to a positive, performance-focused sales team
* Represent the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
Sales or business development experience is preferred; however, we are also open to someone with the right attitude, confidence, communication skills, and potential.
