Ready to Kick-Start Your Career? We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Warehouse & Sales All-Rounder to join our team at the Underwood Branch! If you’re a team player with 1-2 years of warehousing or customer service experience, this is your chance to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role with room to grow. What you’ll be doing: Helping out in the warehouse with picking, packing, and unloading stock (up to 20kg). Operating a forklift safely to move and organise stock. Providing top-notch customer service at the front counter – serving customers, answering calls, processing invoices, and giving product advice. Preparing orders for collection or freight, including wrapping, labelling, and creating delivery dockets. Supporting your team by working collaboratively across both warehouse and counter areas. Jumping between warehouse and front counter duties as needed, keeping the day running smoothly. Hours: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM. No weekends What you’ll need: You have a solid background in customer service and warehousing. Ability to handle manual tasks and lift up to 20kg. A class c driver’s license and forklift license. A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge efficiently. Hardworking and ambitious, eager to advance your career within the company. You have exceptional people skills and communication abilities, and you are able to communicate with a wide range of individuals. A true team player, you’re ready to jump in and help wherever needed. You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
