In this role
Youwillwork closely with clients to understand their challenges, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact outcomes across modern data platforms and AI-enabled environments.
Your role will include:
* Lead the design and delivery of modern data and analytics solutions
* Partner with clients to translate business problems into practical, scalable strategies
* Provide trusted advisory support, recommendations, and technical leadership
* Work across platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric
* Support the development of governed, sustainable, and future-ready data solutions
* Contribute to the growth of our South Australian practice and helpestablisha strong market presence
* Mentorother team members, shareexpertise, and help foster a high-performing, collaborative teamenvironment
* Engage confidently with stakeholders across both technical andnon-technical backgrounds
Whatyou will bring
We'relooking for someone who combines strong foundational skillswith a modern mindset.
Letstalk experience
* You will bring experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing delivery roles within data and analytics(No specific industry)
* Strong capability across modern data platforms, particularly Snowflake(essential), Databricks, and/or Fabric(desirable)
* Apply strongdata engineering and data modellingcapability to build scalable, sustainable, and well-governed solutions that turn complex data into practical business value
* Exposure to AI- solutions,or a clear understanding of how AI can be applied responsibly in enterprise environments,is a bonus.
* The ability to solve real-world business challenges, not just build technical outputs
* Confidence in making recommendations, influencing stakeholders, and leading conversations with clients
* A strong understanding of how to deliver solutions that are scalable, practical, and well governed
Added Bonus
* Previousexposure to modern AI-assisted delivery tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Snowflake Cortex Code or similar)and the judgment to use them responsiblyto accelerate delivery whilemaintainingquality.
