Chandler Macleod is seeking a Mill Loader to support the team at Baiada, Hanwood.

About the role
* Operating and monitoring feed mill machinery and loading trucks via the control room.
* Loading and unloading bulk feed and raw materials using a forklift.
* Maintaining accurate records of feed ingredients and stock movement.
* Assisting with inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
* Liaising with logistics and production teams to coordinate feed deliveries and loading schedules.
* Ensuring all equipment is checked, cleaned, and maintained according to site procedures.
* Conducting routine quality and safety checks during production and loading.
* Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures and Baiada site policies.
About you
* Availability to commit to flexible 12‐hour rotating shifts.
* A current Forklift Licence and relevant experience operating a forklift.
* Entry‐level computer skills.
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Appropriate level of physical fitness and stamina to successfully perform the demands of the role.
