Administration Trainee – Certificate III Business (Administration)

Temporary Full Time | 12‐Month Contract (with potential to renew)

Please note: To be eligible for this traineeship, applicants must have completed Year 12 and must not hold a qualification higher than a Certificate III. This is an entry‐level role where a nationally recognised qualification is obtained in the workplace.

About the Role

Kick‐start your career in healthcare with an Administration Traineeship at Maryvale Private Hospital. This full‐time, paid role is perfect for school leavers or anyone ready to start their career – no administration experience needed.

You'll earn while you learn, completing a Certificate III in Business (Administration) with study time included during work hours. Throughout the traineeship, you'll gain hands‐on experience across key hospital areas such as admissions, patient medical records, consulting suites and general office support, all within a supportive and friendly team.

A great opportunity to build real skills, gain a qualification, and create pathways into ongoing hospital administration or further healthcare roles.
