What you'll be doing
* Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
* Processing supplier invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations
* Assisting with payroll administration and employee reimbursements
* Supporting cash flow reporting, journals, and financial reconciliations
* Assisting with month‐end reporting and compliance documentation
* Maintaining accurate financial records and finance system data
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and operational teams
* Supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives across finance operations
What we're looking for
* 3–5+ years' experience in a similar finance/accounts role
* Strong experience across AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial administration
* Exposure to payroll support and Xero preferred
* Strong Excel and financial systems capability
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience within construction, electrical, trades, civil, or project-based industries highly regarded
