**Key Responsibilities;**
- Workforce planning.
- Recruit, train and develop a production team.
- Rostering to meet production requirements.
- Oversee day to day production to ensure optimal production quality and maximum profit for the organisation.
- Estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and timescales.
**Key Requirements;**
- Certificate IV in Food processing and Certificate IV in Frontline Management - OR Comparable industry experience.
- Previous experience in leading teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in implementing quality control procedures.
- Demonstrates ability to improve safety, quality and customer service levels.
- Uses effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
