About the role
This position is available at our Australasian Head Office based in Yatala on the Gold Coast, and is ideal for a candidate who is motivated to work in a dynamic team that has a global impact.
The role will suit applicants with a friendly, customer focused attitude, who are organised, have strong attention to detail and will enjoy being involved in a wide range of marketing functions in support of business goals. They will have a strong sense of initiative and desire to consistently seek and learn new platforms for the betterment of the business.
The successful applicant will ideally have knowledge and experience in the following:
* A strong approach to professional, efficient, and proactive Customer Service online and in person
* General Administration support with a desire to delve into multiple brands and truly understand the product
* Strong understanding of all social platforms in a business sense - planning, creating and scheduling engaging content via Hootsuite, monitoring results, providing reporting
* Strong understanding of Meta Advertising and Google Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising on a national and localised scale with the ability to strategize accordingly with latest trends functions
* Strong working knowledge of InDesign is a must as this role will be required to make edits and adjustments to existing and ongoing materials
* Base understanding of all Adobe Suite applications is advantageous – As example, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, with ability to edit and enhance images and video where necessary for social media and other applications
* Have an understanding of and ability to utilize Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
* Automation management and working with CRM platforms
* Strong understanding of marketing principles with tertiary or similar level qualifications
* Proficient understanding of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience using Meta Business Suite
* Experience using Google Ads/Analytics
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
* Working knowledge of WordPress platform is advantageous
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail
