We are seeking a highly skilled Information Management professional to join our team as an Information Management Specialist.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement information management solutions that support business objectives.
This involves developing and maintaining SharePoint/Teams workspaces, designing document libraries and metadata structures, and creating workflows and access controls for secure document collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Migrate documents from legacy repositories to Microsoft 365 while ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
* Map metadata and ensure appropriate classification, tagging, and storage of migrated content.
* Develop advice on contemporary information management systems focusing on M365 platform.
* Consult and participate in policy, procedures, standards, information classification and labelling, user access controls, and necessary frameworks enabling effective operation of IM.
Requirements
* 5+ years Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) configuration and administration experience.
* Experience with document management systems such as eDOCS.
* Experience with cloud-based record management platforms such as RecordPoint.
* Detailed knowledge of current and emerging Information Management trends, standards, and practices.
