Provide high level management and planning expertise, advice, and stakeholder management to design a program enabling the delivery of ongoing business systems development and associated business and policy reform activities for the delivery of corporate services.

Duties
* Lead, plan and manage business systems development initiatives and opportunities to contemporise corporate service delivery.
* Research, design and develop a strategic program to support the continuous improvement of enterprise business systems with accompanying budget estimates and options.
* Prepare complex, high-quality reports, proposals, briefings and submissions, business cases, implementation plans, communication strategies and relevant controls including appropriate governance arrangements.
* Support BES Directors and managers to plan and deliver agreed business priorities as they relate to business systems development.
* Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with DPFEM stakeholders and align activities with DPFEM strategic priorities.
* Assist the Director, Finance and Business Systems Transformation with the implementation of a continuous program of business and systems improvement.
* Manage interdependencies and coordination across separate but related initiatives where the deliverables and interests intersect.
* Provide leadership on a range of program activities and liaise with stakeholders including contractors using collaborative processes to provide accurate advice, propose solutions and reasoned recommendations on implementation issues and risks.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, equivalent high-level experience is highly desirable.
