About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join the Clinical Information team at Manning Base Hospital.
This team plays a vital role in ensuring patient information is digitised with efficiency and precision, contributing to safe, high-quality care across the hospital.
In this role, you'll be part of a supportive group responsible for scanning and maintaining patient documentation in the Digital Medical Record (DMR).
You'll also assist with general customer service and administration duties, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Accurately scan and process patient documentation into the DMR.
Contribute to a range of administrative and customer service tasks.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling patient information.
Work as part of a roster that includes both weekdays and weekends.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service delivery meets operational needs.
