The Role
As an experienced practitioner in the Acoustics sector, you will:
Oversee delivery of a range of significant scale major projects with a specific focus on Architectural / Buildings Acoustics
Manage project deliverables, costs and resources
Undertake and review specialised Acoustics modelling (experience using Soundplan, Cadna or other recognised software packages)
Mentor others in your team and ensure that as a group you deliver real value for your clients
Develop your leadership and management skills with guidance from experienced, approachable mentors
Client relationship management
Shape project strategy and programme project deliverables

What you must have to apply
Australian-based Buildings Acoustics consulting experience
People and project leadership experience
Acoustic Modelling and Analysis experience, ideally utilising Soundplan, Cadna or other relevant programs
Relevant qualifications and memberships to Australian / International Acoustics associations
Advanced report writing and communication skills
A reputation for delivering high-quality work and building excellent team morale and client relationships
A passion to innovate and find better ways to engage with and deliver value for your clients
