Aged Care Support Professional
Deliver high-quality care to residents in a 65-bed facility, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
* Promote independence and support physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.
* Coordinate with staff and nursing teams to achieve personal goals and daily activities.
* Assist with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.
