Part-Time Receptionist
Gladesville Veterinary Hospital (Primary), with shifts across Parramatta Veterinary Hospital & Ryde Veterinary Clinic
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our veterinary team, primarily based at Gladesville Veterinary Hospital, with occasional shifts at our Parramatta and Ryde clinics.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves animals, and has excellent customer service skills.
About the Role
* Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
* Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails
* Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting veterinarians and nurses with administrative tasks
* Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
About You
* Has previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is confident using computer systems and booking software
* Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Has a genuine love for animals and empathy for pet owners
* Is flexible to work across multiple clinic locations when required
