Responsibilities
* Previous experience in a customer‐facing or warehousing role.
* Organised, responsible and a team player.
* Enthusiastic, ambitious and eager to learn and build a career.
* Current driver's license with a clean record (essential).
* Providing customer service and sales support to a range of trades.
* Admin tasks such as managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
* Maintaining a well‐run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch.
* Champion an already strong safety culture.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of electrical trade customer base and requirements.
* Strong communication and sales skills.
* Proficiency with sales order systems and retail software.
* Commitment to safety and quality standards.
