We are currently seeking a **Part-time Sales and Logistics Coordinator** for our Client in **Osborne Park**. In this role you will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling customer sales queries, processing orders, and coordinating logistics for domestic and export requirements.
Monday - Friday 9 am-2 pm (40 hours)
Rate: $41.00 per hour.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answering sales and general queries.
- Accurate processing of customer orders, and quotes.
- Organising dispatch.
- Coordinating with the production team.
- Communicating stock availability and delivery dates to customers.
- Managing cash sale payments and maintaining pricing information.
- Customer invoicing and follow-up on late payments.
- Prepare and provide sales reports, and pipelines, and update databases.
**To be successful in this position, you will require the following**:
- 3 + years in a similar role or Business Administration Role
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
