Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced retail environment. They will be the first point of contact for sales and inquiries, receiving and storing incoming goods, processing orders, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are recorded correctly.
* Receive and store incoming goods, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom area.
* Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy and minimizing losses.
* Assist with daily tasks, supporting the branch team in meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Cert III in Retail or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years).
* Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
