Office Services Manager
Location: Newcastle, Australia. Permanent full‐time position with flexibility for part‐time arrangements over five days.
Role Overview
Lead day‐to‐day office operations in Newcastle, supporting the Corporate Services Manager and the wider regional leadership team. Responsibilities include facilities management, front‐of‐house services, and ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee reception, mail and courier coordination, and onboarding support.
* Coordinate meetings, events and workplace health, safety and environment (HSE) activities.
* Manage supplier relationships and liaise with building management to maintain efficient operations.
* Provide support to the Corporate Services Manager and the broader regional leadership team as required.
* Maintain a high‐standard, professional workplace environment for all employees and visitors.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Proactive, solutions‐focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in facilities or office services management is desirable.
* Commitment to delivering high standards of service and building relationships across all levels of the business.
* Adaptability and willingness to roll up sleeves in a fast‐paced environment.
