Our client is a highly regarded residential design and construction company based in Sydney, specialising in architectural designed homes & renovations. Operating for over the past decade, they work closely with leading architects, designers, and homeowners to deliver exceptional luxury residences. Offering a fully integrated approach through in-house design and construction teams, the business delivers bespoke residential projects ranging from approximately $1.5M to $6M across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Sutherland Shire, and Lower North Shore.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from commencement to completion.
* Lead, coordinate, and supervise site teams, carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Develop, implement, and maintain detailed construction programmes.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Work closely with senior management to ensure successful project delivery and resolve site‐related issues.
* Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage financial performance.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide project updates and maintain strong relationships.
* Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements.
* Manage on‐site problem‐solving and decision‐making to keep projects progressing efficiently.
* Coordinate procurement, deliveries, subcontractors, and site logistics.
* Maintain quality control and ensure all work aligns with project documentation and design intent.
* Foster a positive, productive, and professional site culture.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Site Supervisor within high‐end residential construction.
* Demonstrated experience delivering custom homes and major renovations from start to finish.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Experience managing site teams, trades, and subcontractors.
* Current driver's licence.
* Certificate III in Carpentry.
* Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred).
