About the Role
You will be the backbone of the daily office operations, be a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and possess effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming/outgoing communications
* Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
* Electronic filing through Building Certification Systems
* Compile new Certification and Building Logistics files
* Enter building inspection bookings through Outlook
* Prepare, file and follow up fee proposals
Skills and Experience
Industry experience: Previous admin experience in construction, building, or trades is highly regarded.
Software proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project software
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
Organisational skills: Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively under deadlines.
