Therapeutic Clinician Opportunity
This is an ongoing, part-time position located with our team in Echuca.
* Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support to adult victim-survivors using modalities such as EMDR, narrative therapy, and art/play therapy.
* Conduct specialised assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Facilitate group programs and individual counselling sessions.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated care.
* Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Skills
A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a related field is required. Minimum 3 years' experience in therapeutic work with adults and children is preferred. Strong understanding of feminist principles and the gendered nature of family violence is essential. Commitment to cultural safety and inclusion, especially for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and diverse communities, is also required.
