Job Role
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Director and Selling Principal
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, including campaign preparation, marketing materials, and open home scheduling & conducting
- Manage client communications, calls, emails, and diary coordination with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with buyers, tenants, photographers, conveyancers, solicitors, and marketing suppliers to ensure seamless workflow
- Support the wider sales team and contribute to process improvement initiatives and brand projects
- Assist in managing business priorities, projects, and key deadlines across both sales and property management divisions
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the Director’s diary, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence with absolute professionalism
- Support the Director in team communication, recruitment coordination, and staff scheduling where required
- Oversee office presentation standards, supplier relationships, and general operational efficiency
- Assist in preparing business reports, marketing proposals, and performance summaries for leadership meetings
Qualifications & Experience
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- High standard of personal presentation and professional image, reflective of a premium real estate brand
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished, professional presentation
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and general digital tools
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to perform confidently in a high-volume environment
