Overview
The opportunity: We are growing specialist mould remediation and structural moisture control business targeting residential, strata, real estate and insurance clients across Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Sydney. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join us as a contractor to build our operational foundation from the ground up.
This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity — you'll have real input into how the business is built.
What you'll own
* Equipment sourcing, procurement and storage setup
* Supplier and trade account establishment
* Technician recruitment and onboarding
* Job scheduling, site compliance and quality control
* IICRC S520 protocol implementation
* Reporting templates and client documentation
* Subcontractor relationship management
What we're looking for
* 3+ years in mould remediation, water damage restoration or building restoration
* IICRC certification highly regarded (WRT, AMRT, or equivalent)
* Experience managing field crews or technicians
* Insurance restoration workflow experience an advantage
* Self-directed — comfortable building from scratch, not just maintaining
* Based in Newcastle, Central Coast or Hunter Valley
